Research On Civil Legal Protection Of Network Virtual Property

The promulgation of the civil code confirms the legitimacy of network virtual property and is of great significance to the protection of the rights and interests of obligees.However,the civil code does not explain the legal attribute of network virtual property,and there is a lack of normative provisions to adjust its relevant legal relations,which leads to the debate on what measures should be taken to protect network virtual property in the academic circles.This paper believes that we should classify the network virtual property on the basis of fully considering the richness of the content of the network virtual property,so as to provide targeted protection for the network virtual property with different content.Based on the above theories,this paper analyzes the legislative and judicial status of civil legal protection of network virtual property,and excavates its existing problems.At the same time,on the basis of quoting relevant judicial cases and sorting out the corresponding data,this paper explores the above problems,and envisages the solutions to the corresponding problems.Based on the different types of network virtual property and the exercise process of network virtual property rights,this paper discusses the complementary measures for the protection of network virtual property under different circumstances,in order to put forward effective suggestions for the improvement of civil legal protection of network virtual property.
