Research On Cloud Audit Optimization Scheme Of Social Security Fund In H City

With the continuous improvement of China’s economic development level,the social security fund reflects the characteristics of a wide variety,large amount of funds and large amount of data.Social security fund is one of the important contents of the full coverage of audit in the field of people’s livelihood,and it is also an important part of the audit supervision system.In order to improve the efficiency and quality of social security fund audit,H city has explored the cloud audit of social security fund.However,due to the lack of mature experience that can be used for reference,the relevant legal policy guarantee is not perfect,which objectively leads to many limitations in the process of cloud audit of social security fund in H city and affects its development.In order to optimize the cloud audit of social security fund in H city,based on the systematic review of relevant theories and literatures at home and abroad,this paper starts from the perspective of new public management,takes information theory and collaborative audit theory as the breakthrough point,and first discusses and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of cloud audit of social security fund in H city.Secondly,through the combination of questionnaires and field interviews,the causes of the problems in the cloud audit of social security funds in H city were investigated and studied.According to the results of statistical analysis,an optimization scheme was designed,and the optimization objectives,principles and ideas were clarified.By reshaping the cloud audit mode of social security funds,strengthening the internal resource integration and scientific deployment of the audit department,promoting the integration of social security department business and cloud audit,establishing a normalized coordination mechanism between departments,strengthening the construction of professional talents,promoting the standardization of social security data,and building a sound cloud security management system.Using the hierarchical structure model of information system to improve the cloud audit platform,the specific optimization scheme is designed.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the optimization scheme,this paper constructs a safeguard measure system from the aspects of personnel quality guarantee,legal and institutional guarantee,coordination guarantee and capital investment guarantee,so as to ensure the implementation effect of the optimization scheme and promote the healthy development of the cloud audit of social security fund in H city.
