| Government data opening is an important part and an important measure to implement the digital economic development strategy in the world.However,compared with other types of data,government data opening has higher and more detailed requirements for the protection of personal information.Corresponding to the vigorous development of data opening,the contradiction and threat of personal information protection also follow,which seriously hinders the healthy development of government data opening.This paper combs the current practice and shortcomings of personal information protection in the process of government data opening in our country,attempts to protect personal information from the perspective of entity and procedure,by choosing the government data opening legislative mode which conforms to our current situation,clear the limit of government data opening to provide entity protection for personal information.Provide procedural protection for personal information by improving prior notice,review and relief mechanisms.To realize the full protection of personal information and the public’s right to know can also promote the opening of government data. |
