Research On The Party Building And Business "Embedded" Integration Development Of H District Development And Reform Bureau

In recent years,Party committees of government department at all levels have made comprehensive progress in terms of service,team building,and identifying the position of Party building work under the sound guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.However,there is still a distance from the requirement for the deep integration of party building and business and for functions to play a role.In the course of deepening reform,all government departments are facing unprecedented challenge and pressure in business integration.To meet this challenge,it is necessary to give full play to the advantages of Party building,permeate the leading role of Party building into all work,and evaluate the level of Party building with the completion of the work.The research of this paper is based on the actual situation of H district Development and Reform Bureau.First of all,by analyzing the current situation of its Party building,business,and the integration of Party building and business,it is found that there are some problems in the process of integrating Party building and business,for examples,there are shortcomings in the ability of Party personnel,the ability of public managers is week,there are few ways to integrate Party building and business,and business is treated more important than Party building.Then,an in-depth research and analysis on the integration of Party building and business of H district Development and Reform Bureau was conducted with methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and targeted visits,finding that the problems are caused by the lack of communication between Party building work and business work,the gap in the capacity of Party building,single incentive means,and the misunderstanding of political thought.In view of these problems and causes,this paper put forward the“embedded” integration and development plan for the Party building and business of H district Development and Reform Bureau,including “ target embedded ” integration,“dedicated class embedded”integration,“system embedded”integration and“evaluation embedded ” integration.Finally,guarantee measures were provided from aspects of strengthening organizational force,improving the system,deepening publicity and focusing on personnel training,to ensure the implementation of the “embedded” integration and development plan for Party building and business of H district Development and Reform Bureau.These measures are aimed at improving the positive effect of mutual promotion between Party building and business of H district Development and Reform Bureau,and enhancing the organizational force,cohesion,executive force and creativity within the department.Meanwhile,it enriches the research on the integration of Party building and business,providing reference for government departments to enhance the in-depth integration of Party building and business in the future.
