Study On Coordinated Development Of Port Industry And City In Qingdao Dongjiakou

As China’s economic development enters the stage of high-quality development,under the influence of the implementation of the "the Belt and Road" initiative,the port economy has played an increasingly important role in China’s economic system.In recent years,under the rapid integration and development of China’s ports,cities and industries,the coordinated development of "ports,industries and cities" has become increasingly high.At the same time,in the new development period,the development of ports,cities and industries are facing challenges such as intensified competition.Dongjiakou Economic Zone is built on the basis of Dongjiakou port,city and industry.Therefore,the coordinated development level of "port industry city" in Dongjiakou Economic Zone will directly affect the development level of Dongjiakou Economic Zone.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out in-depth research on the coordinated development of "port industry city" in Dongjiakou Economic Zone.This paper uses the regional growth pole theory,industrial cluster theory,growth pole core theory,and coordinated development theory to study the coordinated development of "port industry city" in Qingdao Dongjiakou Economic Zone on the basis of a full investigation of the relevant development of "port industry city" in Dongjiakou Economic Zone.First of all,based on the relevant theories and the analysis of the current situation of the coordinated development of "port industry city" in Dongjiakou Economic Zone,this paper defines the characteristics,prominent advantages and main constraints of the coordinated development of "port industry city" in Dongjiakou Economic Zone,and on this basis constructs the evaluation model of the coordinated dispatch of "port industry city" in Dongjiakou Economic Zone.According to the principles of scientificity,authenticity,hierarchy,comparability and feasibility In terms of industrial indicators,development indicators,construction indicators,goods indicators,etc.,the evaluation index system for the coordinated development of "port,industry and city" has been constructed,and the evaluation of the coordination degree of "port,industry and city" in Dongjiakou Economic Zone has been empirically analyzed.Through empirical analysis,the existing problems in the coordinated development of "port,industry and city" in Dongjiakou Economic Zone are identified,including three levels of port,industry and city.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the coordinated development of "port,industry and city" in Dongjiakou Economic Zone,this paper puts forward a plan to improve the coordinated development of "port,industry and city" in Dongjiakou Economic Zone,specifically promoting the industrial optimization and upgrading,and realizing the coordinated development of "port,industry and city";Transforming the mode of port development to achieve leapfrog development;Optimize the urban spatial layout and promote the coordinated development of "port industry city";Strengthen the safeguard measures for the coordinated development of "port,industry and city".This study can provide effective reference for the coordinated development of "port industry city" in Dongjiakou Economic Zone,and has certain practical value.
