Study On Government Supervision Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Banking Institutions In S City

In recent years,with the in-depth development of the rural economic system reform,the rural small and medium-sized bank institutions have been developing vigorously.As an important part of our country’s financial industry,the rural small and medium-sized bank institutions play a pivotal role in serving small and micro enterprises and "three farmers" and promoting the development of rural economy and society.At the same time,there are certain risks.At present,in order to ensure the orderly operation of rural small and medium-sized banking institutions and achieve sustainable development,we must enhance the effectiveness of supervision of rural small and medium-sized banking institutions.Based on the investigation of the daily operation and financial supervision of the rural small and medium-sized bank institutions in S city,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the supervision of the rural small and medium-sized bank institutions.Combined with the actual situation of S city,corresponding solutions and measures are given to provide reference for financial supervision and policy formulation.The results show that the problems existing in government supervision of small and medium-sized rural banking institutions in S city are mainly reflected in the lack of targeted regulatory system to adapt to the characteristics of the market,insufficient coordination of multiple supervision,the weak link in grassroots supervision,and the lack of supervision and management resources.The causes of the problems include financial environment,regulatory system,regulatory power,social power and so on.In this regard,this paper puts forward suggestions on improving the government supervision of rural small and medium-sized bank institutions in S City,including deepening the construction of rural credit system,improving the supervision system of rural small and medium-sized bank institutions,strengthening the construction of grassroots supervision,strengthening social supervision and industry self-discipline.
