Study On Safety Supervision And Countermeasures Of Changshu Construction Project

Work safety is not only the basic requirement of the construction project,but also a major event related to the people’s livelihood.Therefore,in the whole process of the construction project,the government administrative departments are required to play their roles,reduce the potential risks in the construction project through the means of administrative safety supervision,and ensure the smooth progress of the project.However,there are still problems in the safety supervision of domestic constructionprojects,threatening the safety of the project and lacking adequate safety education for the personnel involved in the project.Based on this,this paper chooses Changshu City as the research object,and adopts the methods of literature analysis and questionnaire survey to carry out a survey on the government’s administrative safety supervision.The results show that there are problems in safety supervision throughout the construction process.The problems before construction are manifested in the formalization of safety education and the formalization of safety education objects;The safety supervision problems in the construction process lie in the formalization of the organizational structure,insufficient safety accident control,inadequate connection of multiple departments and single supervision mode;The safety supervision problems in the reconstruction of existing buildings after the completion of the project are manifested in the lack of follow-up supervision of small projects and the difficulty of illegal construction supervision.The investigation also found that the safety supervision problems of Changshu construction projects were mainly related to the fuzzy division of functions and responsibilities before construction,the lag of information technology in the construction process,and the weak awareness of safety management after construction.Finally,this paper puts forward suggestions and strategies to solve the safety supervision problems of construction projects in Changshu.Before construction,we should strengthen the implementation of safety education and expand the scope of safety education objects;During the construction process,it is necessary to carry out progressive and accurate law enforcement actions,promote the safety supervision scheme of special actions,promote the cooperation and connection of multiple departments,increase the promotion and application of information technology,and improve the supervision means and methods;After the completion of the project,the safety supervision of the reconstruction of existing buildings should strictly handle the filing of small projects,strengthen the local inspection,and strengthen the follow-up safety education and training.In order to provide some reference for the construction project safety supervision.
