In the new era,the construction of China’s fire rescue team system has taken the first step of professional reform.The national fire rescue integration team began to change to the collective system,and the core functions changed to the direction of emergency rescue integration.It can be said that the reform of the fire rescue team is a professional reform,and the era of specialization of the fire management system has arrived.However,at the same time,the problems of insufficient total amount,imperfect structure,weak core ability of emergency rescue and imperfect organization and command system of China’s existing fire rescue system are still prominent.Today,although China’s fire professional system has been initially formed,but the domestic research on this aspect is still less,the existing discussion only expounds the past domestic active service system and foreign fire professional research,and for China’s current fire rescue system,there are still many problems and difficulties.This paper will use the new public service,professional anchor and ’ personnel-post’ adaptation theory,take the professional reform of the national comprehensive fire rescue team as the background,the fire rescue team of C city as the research object,the personnel as the core,the ability as the key point,and the three-year reform transition period of the fire rescue team from 2018 to 2021 as the time line,adopt the case method,the questionnaire method and the method of comparing the professional reform of the fire rescue team at home and abroad,and take the professional reform process,achievements and development direction of the national comprehensive fire rescue team as the leading factor.The status,existing problems and causes of the three-year transition period of the professionalization reform of the fire rescue brigade in C city,as well as the successful cases of the professionalization reform of the fire rescue team at home and abroad,are the research contents.Combined with their own work practice,the problems and solutions encountered in the professionalization reform of the fire rescue team are studied,so as to plan a feasible and optimized path in line with China ’s national conditions for the future professional development of China ’s fire rescue team,and contribute to the better development of China ’s fire rescue team.Therefore,after investigating and researching a large number of excellent literatures at home and abroad,it is found that in order to achieve fundamental results in the professionalization reform of fire rescue teams in the new era,it is necessary to accelerate the construction of a new fire team system model with’ national comprehensive-local full-time-social volunteer’ as one body and two wings.Starting from the aspects of strengthening top-level design,improving management system,increasing wages and improving equipment level,we will jointly promote the development of China ’s fire protection industry.
