Operation And Optimization Of The Food Safety Supervision System In Suzhou Industrial Park

With the deepening of China’s economic and social development,food safety issues are becoming more and more prominent,coupled with the new market supervision system being gradually established,the integrated supervision mode of the big market brings some new challenges to the food supervision work,how to further strengthen food safety supervision and establish a unified and authoritative supervision system has become an important proposition for the supervision department.This paper focuses on the operation of food safety supervision system in Suzhou Industrial Park and its optimization.This paper mainly adopts scientific research methods such as literature research method and interview method to find out the shortcomings of food safety supervision in administrative licensing,supervision and inspection,administrative law enforcement,and social governance,mainly in administrative licensing reform,supervision of new business modes such as online food,inter-departmental cooperative supervision,whole process supervision of food,and social participation in food safety governance.This paper shows that the problems in the operation of the food safety supervision system in SIP are inevitably related to the lack of legality and rationality of the administrative licensing reform,the lagging supervision means,the imperfect construction of the rule of law,and the inadequate social governance system.Finally,this paper puts forward suggestions for optimizing the operation of food safety supervision system in Suzhou Industrial Park.In terms of administrative licensing,it is proposed to improve the legislation on administrative licensing and promote the reform of decentralization;in terms of supervision,it is proposed to innovate the supervision means,crack the supervision problems brought about by the development of new business mode and form inter-departmental supervision cooperation;in terms of law enforcement,it is proposed to strengthen the law enforcement capacity and improve the all-round supervision effectiveness;in terms of social governance,it is proposed to build a social governance platform.In terms of social governance,proposed to build a social governance platform,the formation of a joint management situation.On the one hand,effectively reduce the burden for the grassroots,so that supervisors have more time and energy to improve business standards,innovative regulatory ideas.On the other hand,improve the food safety supervision system,so that the actual regulatory work is more practical,more adequate basis for law enforcement,to reduce the risk of performing their duties.
