| In recent years,the management level of the computer and information work of Chinese government departments has been continuously improved,especially in the dissemination and application of computer network information.E-government plays a more and more important role in the government information management.E-government has played an increasingly huge role in improving the efficiency of government departments,enhancing social services,promoting public services and improving the image of government departments.Although the application of E-government has become increasingly common,it is still in the construction stage of establishment and improvement.For example,although some grass-roots government e-government has been popularized,the degree of business collaboration is not high.The writing of this article is mainly based on the practice of Houqiao Street e-government work in Xishan District,explain the relevant scientific views on e-government business collaboration,and further clarify the importance,urgency and reality of developing e-government business collaboration research.Then,based on surveys and visits,this paper summarizes the current situation of e-government business collaboration in Houqiao street and the existing problems,such as backward collaboration concepts,inconsistent systems,segmented resources,imperfect management mechanisms,and lack of talents in grass-roots positions.Finally,on how to further improve the effectiveness of e-government business collaboration at the grass-roots level,from the two levels of the superior government and the grass-roots government,this paper puts forward unified standards,scientific overall planning,system escort,solving collaboration obstacles,innovative management,enriching collaboration paths,optimizing platforms,perfecting collaboration systems,and perfecting the legal system to ensure collaboration effectiveness;Change ideas,increase capital investment,improve the system,strengthen training and assessment and other countermeasures,so as to provide reference research results for the collaborative development of e-government business of grass-roots governments. |
