Research On The Performance Of Government Investment In Community Home-Based Elderly Care Service In Suzhou

The aging degree of Suzhou continues to deepen,the demand for elderly care services is growing rapidly,the family structure and scale are shrinking,and the family’s continuous care ability is weakening.All kinds of elderly care service models emerge as the times require.Among them,home-based elderly care reform services,community home-based elderly care services and institutional elderly care services are the main ones.However,the growth rate of beds in elderly care service institutions can not keep up with the growth rate of demand;Under the condition that the elderly are not willing to stay in institutions and the problems are superimposed,most of the elderly prefer to stay at home in the community.Therefore,in recent years,Suzhou has continuously increased the government’s investment according to the improvement of the demand for elderly care services,and promoted community home-based elderly care services based on the demand of the elderly.In particular,from 2015 to 2020,Suzhou’s investment in community home-based elderly care services at the same level increased steadily.Obviously,the research on the government investment performance of community home-based elderly care services in Suzhou can more intuitively show the benefits of government investment,which is particularly important in government performance management.This paper takes Suzhou as an example,through the investigation of community home-based elderly care services,with the objective of optimizing the performance of community home-based elderly care services invested by the government as the research objective,and supported by public product theory,government performance management theory and supply and demand balance theory,studies the performance management of Suzhou community home-based elderly care services invested by the government Lack of rationality;There is no detailed standard for the implementation of some invested projects;The practicability of some facilities invested is not strong;Lack of overall planning for the investment in the construction of the elderly care team.And put forward to do a good job in early planning and set the performance target of government investment;Formulate project implementation rules and strengthen government performance management;Establish training system and strengthen the construction of elderly care service team;Build an information platform to monitor the performance of government investment;Introduce multi-party resources and improve the project implementation effect.
