Research On The Daily Life Of Socialist Core Values In The Construction Of Beautiful Countryside

After the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,cultivating and practicing the socialist core values has become the focus of the party’s rural publicity and education work.The Opinions on Cultivating and Practicing Socialist Core Values issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee in 2013 pointed out that cultivating and practicing socialist core values should be implemented in economic development practice and social governance.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized that the socialist core values should be integrated into all aspects of social development and transformed into people’s emotional identity and behavior habits.Integrating socialist core values into all aspects of economic and social development is an important starting point for cultivating and practicing socialist core values.China is a big agricultural country,so it is very important to carry out the education of socialist core values in rural areas to cultivate new farmers.The construction of beautiful countryside is the goal of China’s rural development,the biggest reality of farmers’ daily life,and closely related to farmers’ production and life practice.Therefore,cultivating and practicing the socialist core values in the construction of beautiful countryside can really internalize the socialist core values into farmers’ thoughts and behaviors.Based on this,this paper takes the daily life of socialist core values in the construction of beautiful countryside as the main research content,and takes Village A in yingde city,Guangdong Province as the research object.Through literature research,interview and observation,this paper makes an in-depth study on the process of promoting the daily life of socialist core values in Village A with the help of beautiful countryside construction.First of all,through the literature research,the related concepts of daily life,daily life,and daily life of socialist core values are defined,and the related expositions of Marxist classic writers and main leaders of the Communist Party of China(CPC)on integrating theory into daily life are sorted out,and the internal logical relationship between beautiful countryside’s construction and socialist core values is discussed,which lays a theoretical foundation for studying the daily life of socialist core values in beautiful countryside’s construction.Secondly,carry out case village research to understand the current situation,problems,causes and countermeasures of the daily life of rural socialist core values.Village A in Guangdong Province is selected as a case village.Through visiting village cadres and farmers,the present situation of cultivating socialist core values in rural areas is observed,and the main measures and effects of promoting the daily life of socialist core values in the construction of beautiful countryside are analyzed.In the construction of beautiful countryside,Village A constantly promotes the integration of socialist core values into farmers’ daily life by vigorously developing the economy,giving play to the leading role of party members and cadres,strengthening the construction of public facilities and the supply of public cultural services,mobilizing farmers to participate in daily cultivation activities and establishing rules and regulations.Farmers’ awareness of democracy,rule of law,patriotism and collective consciousness has been continuously improved,the level of rural civilization construction has been continuously improved,and rural governance has been good.Based on the case study of Village A in Guangdong Province,this paper discusses the problems existing in the daily life of socialist core values in the construction of beautiful countryside in Village A and their causes.Rural economic development is relatively backward,which leads to insufficient consolidation of the material foundation for cultivating socialist core values;The imperfection of the system and mechanism of daily life leads to the failure of the function of the system and mechanism;The weak ability of the propaganda subject leads to the superficial tendency of the education and guidance of socialist core values;The cultivation mode of socialist core values is not in line with farmers’ needs,which leads to the poor initiative of some farmers to participate in the cultivation of socialist core values.Some farmers’ own comprehensive quality is low,which leads to the disunity of knowing and doing in the daily life of socialist core values.Based on this,this paper puts forward some targeted improvement strategies,that is,vigorously developing the economy,consolidating the material foundation of the daily life of socialist core values,perfecting the rules and regulations of the daily life of socialist core values,improving the theoretical level and propaganda ability of the propagandist subject of socialist core values,reflecting farmers’ interest needs to stimulate farmers’ enthusiasm and initiative,and carrying out the cultivation activities of socialist core values close to farmers’ lives.Through the research on the daily life of socialist core values in the construction of beautiful countryside in Village A,it is concluded that there are general experiences,that is,building the material foundation of the daily life of socialist core values,grass-roots party organizations being the leading force to realize the daily life of socialist core values,carrying out the daily life of socialist core values around the central task of the party,rural development practice being the platform for practicing socialist core values,and practicing socialist core values requiring the establishment of rules and regulations.
