Research On The Dilemma And Path Of Rural Talent Revitalization In Ethnic Minority Areas Of Guizho

The report to the Party’s 20 th National Congress pointed out that "education,science and technology,and human resources are the basic and strategic support for comprehensively building a modern socialist country." "We will comprehensively promote rural revitalization,give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas,consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation,accelerate the building of an agricultural powerhouse,and make solid efforts to revitalize rural industries,human resources,culture,ecology and organizations." To revitalize the countryside,talents must go first.Rural talent revitalization is the source and booster of rural revitalization strategy and a basic project to promote the modernization of Chinese agriculture and rural areas.Guizhou is a multi-ethnic province,with a wide distribution of ethnic areas and a large number of ethnic minorities.Due to the long term lag in economic development,especially in the consolidation of poverty alleviation achievements and the effective connection of rural revitalization,there are still shortcomings.It is a long way to go to promote rural revitalization and realize rural modernization,and the first resource supporting the smooth implementation of rural revitalization is high-quality rural talents.What are the realistic difficulties facing the revitalization of rural talents in Guizhou Minority Areas? What is the effective way to promote the revitalization of rural talents in Guizhou minority areas? In order to answer these questions,under the guidance of Marxist talent thought,this paper uses the position,viewpoint and method of Marxist talent thought to carry out field research on the current situation of rural talent revitalization in Guizhou minority areas,and on this basis,analyzes the realistic predicament and causes of rural talent revitalization in Guizhou minority areas.And then put forward the effective path of the revitalization of rural talents in Guizhou minority areas,hoping to provide some decision-making reference and practical reference for promoting the revitalization of rural talents in Guizhou minority areas.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research content,key difficulties and innovations,and research methods.The second part explains the related concepts and theoretical basis of rural talent revitalization in Guizhou minority areas.In the third part,typical minority counties are selected as sample points for investigation.Relevant data and materials are obtained through questionnaire survey and on-site visit,and relevant data and materials are statistically analyzed and sorted out.The fourth part,on the basis of the investigation of the current situation,in-depth analysis of Guizhou ethnic areas of rural talent revitalization of the realistic predicament and causes;The fifth part puts forward the effective path of rural talent revitalization in Guizhou minority areas from three dimensions: clear thinking,optimize environment and innovate mechanism.
