Studies Of The Establishment Of The Star-level Party Branch Of Organs Directly Under Chaoyang County

In order to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,earnestly implement the decisions and arrangements of the Central Committee and the various work requirements of the provincial,municipal and county committees,further enhance the scientific,standardized,to further improve the scientific,standardized and institutionalized level of party building work in county-level organizations,and better serve the revitalization and development of Chaoyang County,the Working Committee of Chaoyang County directly subordinate agencies organized the establishment of a star-level party branch of Chaoyang County directly subordinate agencies.Taking the establishment of the star-level party branch of Chaoyang County as the research object,using the basic-level party building theory and target management theory,the establishment of the star-level party branch of Chaoyang County’s directly under government is analyzed.Through research,it is found that the establishment of star-level party branches has boosted the standardization and standardization of party branches in the organization to a certain extent,improved the work methods of party branches in the organization,and strengthened the role of the party branch in the fighting fortress.However,there are still problems in the work,such as the deviation of the creation orientation,the lack of dynamic management of the creation,the unreasonable evaluation method and mechanism,the lack of initiative of party members and cadres to participate,and the insufficient play of the typical leading role.By analyzing the reasons for the problems can be summarized as the lack of implementation of the party building responsibility system,the external influence of institutional reform,the relatively backward evaluation technology,the insufficient ability of party cadres,and the fact that party building has not formed a joint force.Based on the actual situation of the agencies directly under Chaoyang County,targeted countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.These include promoting the implementation of the party building responsibility system,improving the evaluation standards and evaluation methods,strengthening the construction of party workers,innovating the creation mechanism of star-level party branches,and attaching importance to the use of the results of the creation of star-level party branches,which can provide some theoretical reference for the establishment of the star-level party branch of Chaoyang County directly affiliated agency.
