Sociological Analysis Of Crimes Caused By Domestic Violenc

The issue of domestic violence has always been the focus of sociological circles,and there are often deep-seated social reasons hidden behind individual domestic violence incidents.The adverse effects of domestic violence are obvious.Serious cases often lead to criminal incidents,including the perpetrator’s behavior causing serious injury or death to the victim,and the victim of violence taking criminal revenge against the perpetrator because of a grudge.The author comprehensively inspected 150 cases of judgment documents on the China Judgment Documents Network,and based on this,he conducted a sociological analysis on the crimes caused by domestic violence.It specifically includes the overall description and specific classification of crimes caused by domestic violence,and analyzes the causes of crimes caused by domestic violence from the two dimensions of individual and society.In this part,the author comprehensively uses the theory of differential communication,comprehensive theory of crime causes and social interaction theory,based on sociological theoretical tools to deepen the entire study.Finally,the author discusses the preventive measures of domestic violence crimes,starting from the principle of prevention,and elaborates in detail in the overall policy dimension and specific countermeasure dimension.
