Research On The Practical Carrier Of United Front Work For People From New Social Stratums

As builders of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.New Social Strata play an irreplaceable role in the socialist market economy,and are also a new focus and growth point for United Front Work in the New Era.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes the need to do a good job in the United Front Work of New Social Strata and strengthen the political guidance of common struggle.Under the guidance of the Regulations of the CPC on the Work of the United Front(hereinafter referred to as the Regulations).various parts of the country have carried out the construction of a new carrier for the practice base of the United Front Work of people from social strata,and have achieved a series of achievements and experience for reference.At the same time,they are also facing the pressure and challenges of their own nature and the times."Organizing" is the fine tradition of the CPC,and it is also the path and method to do a good job in the United Front Work of New Social Strata.The New Social Strata have the characteristics of numerous personnel,high dispersion,strong mobility,complex composition,and diverse thinking,often facing the practical dilemma of "unable to find people" and "unable to speak".Parks,characteristic towns,commercial buildings,red education base,and internet platforms are natural carriers for gathering New Social Strata and their United Front Work,which can be quickly,accurately,and widely organized.According to the characteristics of the New Social Strata mainly concentrated in large and medium-sized cities,the 2017 National First United Front Work Conference for Social Stratums determined to create new practical and innovative bases for the United Front Work of social strata in 15 pilot cities such as Beijing,Shanghai,and Guangzhou,and explored parks,characteristic towns.business buildings,red education base,Internet platforms and other new types of carriers for the United Front Work practice of people from social strata.This article selects the carrier of the United Front Work of New Social Strata as the research object.using literature analysis,case analysis,and interdisciplinary comprehensive analysis methods.On the basis of analyzing and grasping the characteristics of the New Social Strata as a new group,based on the relevant literature of the United Front Work practice of New Social Strata in various regions,it conducts research on parks,characteristic towns,business buildings.red education base and explore the work overview,basic characteristics,experience summary,problems and challenges,and improvement countermeasures of the five new types of social class people’s United Front Work practice carriers on the Internet platform.Firstly,based on the study and summary of relevant domestic literature,this article explains the core concepts,overall characteristics,specific characteristics of four groups of people in the new social stratum,and related concepts.On this basis,it summarizes the work overview and basic characteristics of the five types of carriers,summarizes the main practices and work experience of the United Front Work of New Social Strata within the five types of carriers based on practical work cases,and dialectically analyzes the problems and challenges in their work based on the characteristics of the five types of carriers.Finally,based on the guiding ideology proposed by the Central United Front Work Conference in 2022,which is "to consolidate consensus as the foundation and to strive for patriotism as the goal",and following the work path of "organizing and playing a role",problem-oriented,targeted improvement suggestions and measures are proposed to improve the thinking,working mechanism,working methods,and other aspects of United Front Work for New Social Strata within the carrier.
