Research On Chen Yun’s Party’s Organizational Construction Thought During The Yan’an Period

Since the founding of the Party,strengthening the Party’s self-construction has been a major subject in the process of China’s revolution,construction and reform,and is also the key to realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to Party building.As early as the beginning of the founding of the Party,the strengthening of Party organization construction was placed in a very prominent position,and remarkable results have been achieved.As a Marxist with firm belief,Chen Yun served as the head of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee during the Yan ’an period.In the long-term practice of revolutionary struggle,he systematically elaborated many aspects of the Party’s organization construction,and put forward many original and profound thoughts and insights,which enriched and developed the treasure house of Marxist theory.According to the General Secretary Xi Jinping speech delivered at the National Work Organization Conference in July 2018,it summarized the basic experience of adhering to democratic centralism as the basic principle of Party organization building,focusing on strengthening Party branch building as the key link of Party organization building,and focusing on strengthening Party cadre and Party member building as the core task of Party organization building.This paper tries to take Chen Yun’s theoretical exploration in the Party’s organizational construction in Yan ’an period as a breakthrough,to explore the internal reasons for his effective theory,in order to provide useful enlightenment for strengthening the party’s construction today.This paper discusses that Chen Yun’s Party’s organizational construction thought in Yan ’an period is divided into three parts.The second part expounds the main contents of Chen Yun’s thoughts on Party organization construction in Yan ’an period,and conducts in-depth research on the specific contents of four parts: democratic centralism construction,Party member construction,cadre construction and grass-roots organization construction.The third part excavates the historical contribution and contemporary enlightenment of Chen Yun’s Party organization construction thought in Yan ’an period,and reveals its important significance for strengthening comprehensive and strict party governance,adhering to the ideological line and mass line of seeking truth from facts,and promoting the construction of Marxist learning political party.During the Yan’an period,Chen Yun’s party building thought not only originated from Mao Zedong Thought,but also was a staunch defender and executor of Mao Zedong Thought.It was an important ideological guarantee for the CPC to change from weak to strong,and continue to develop and grow under difficult conditions.Chen Yun has put forward many insightful and unique views on the issue of party organization construction,which have great practical significance for completing the new historical mission,promoting comprehensive and strict governance of the party in the new era,and realizing the "Four Greatness".They have provided valuable reference for us to do well in party building work under the new situation.
