| The comprehensive deepening of reform has promoted China’s social and economic development into a new era,and in this context,higher standards of government management are required.Government personnel,especially grassroots government officials,have a significant impact on social and economic development,especially in their work of directly facing and serving the masses.However,in the context of comprehensive and strict governance of the Party,an abnormal phenomenon has emerged in the cadre team,which is that grassroots cadres are afraid of making mistakes and dare not take responsibility for their work.In order to dispel the worries of grassroots cadres,improve their work efficiency and enthusiasm,and enable them to play their due role in reform and innovation work,the Party and government have decided to implement a fault-tolerant and error correction mechanism.In accordance with the spirit of the central documents,various regions will gradually build a fault tolerance and error correction mechanism for cadres that meets the requirements of the central government,in order to encourage cadres to actively engage in reform and innovation practices under the call of the Party in the new era.However,in practical work,the implementation status and practical effectiveness of the cadre fault tolerance and error correction mechanism in the grassroots cadre team cannot be tested.This article takes the operation practice of cadre fault tolerance and error correction mechanism in L town as the research topic.Through case analysis,questionnaire survey,and interview methods,the operation of cadre fault tolerance and error correction mechanism in L town is analyzed.From the perspective of township grassroots,the problems and reasons in the application of grassroots cadre fault tolerance and error correction mechanism are deeply studied,and optimization suggestions are proposed to increase the practical effect of this mechanism at the grassroots level.Through research,it has been found that after the implementation of the cadre fault tolerance and error correction mechanism,grassroots cadres have a relatively high recognition of the fault tolerance and error correction mechanism,and it is unanimously believed that this mechanism has a positive impact on grassroots work.However,there are still problems with the mechanism in grassroots operation practice,such as lack of initiative in startup,difficulty in identifying fault tolerance boundaries,unsatisfactory operation effects,and imbalance between fault tolerance and error correction.The specific reasons for the problems are analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given for the mechanism’s operation at the grassroots level based on the actual work and relevant background at the grassroots level. |
