A Study Of Xi Jinping’s Important Discourses On The History Of The Chinese Communist Party

The history of the CPC is the history of the CPC leading the Chinese people to fundamentally change their destiny,the history of the Chinese nation towards rejuvenation,and the history of China’s remarkable contribution to the development of all mankind.The Communist Party of China has always upheld its original intention and mission throughout its more than 100 years of development,and all the achievements it has made are the result of the united struggle of the Chinese Communists,the Chinese people and the Chinese nation.Guided by the Marxist materialistic view of history,based on the views of the major leaders of the CPC on the history of the Party,and guided by the current complex international situation and the development needs of the domestic situation,Xi Jinping has produced a unique understanding and summary of the history of the CPC based on the Party’s development over the past century and his personal practice.The series reflects his basic views and perspectives on the history of the Party,the richness of its contents,the profundity of its ideas,the distinctness of its perspectives and the completeness of its system.He has set an example for us on how to study,research and apply the history of the Party,and has unified the thinking of the whole Party and the whole nation on the major rights and wrongs,and has also served as a realistic guide for the whole Party and society to learn from the Party’s experience and wisdom,strengthen the love for the Party and the country,and promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The thesis analyses Xi Jinping’s important discussion on Party history and summarizes its main contents into four aspects.The first is the correct understanding of the status and role of the history of the Communist Party of China,mainly discussing the status of Party history among the "four histories",the importance of Party history to Communist Party members and the role of Party history in informing and nurturing people.The third is the scientific evaluation of the history of the Communist Party of China,mainly elaborating Xi Jinping’s evaluation of major events,important meetings and important figures in Party history;the fourth is the comprehensive study and education of Party history,mainly including drawing wisdom and strength from the study of Party history,further promoting the study and education of Party history,especially the education of Party members and cadres and youth groups,and carrying out the study of Party history in a way that is in line with the development of the times.Party history learning.By sorting out the main contents,the analysis outlined five main features,namely,always adhering to the unity of the Party and the people,always insisting on development on the basis of inheritance,always insisting on the integration of theory and practice,always looking at Party history with a "big historical view",and always discussing history in vivid language.On the basis of a scientific grasp of Xi Jinping’s important statements on Party history,the importance of these statements in the inheritance and development of theory and the implementation and enforcement of practice is analysed.
