Research On Risk Management Of Non-Litigation Projects Of Shengheng Law Firm

With the rapid development of domestic economy for 40 years,the economic growth has slowed down obviously in recent years.Enterprises gradually realize the importance of risk management.In order to achieve long-term development in the current economic situation,it is imperative for enterprises to establish a sound risk management system.At present,there are many theoretical studies and successful applications of risk management and project risk management,but the research on risk management of law firms,especially the risk management of non litigation projects in banks,is relatively less.Especially in the context of the gradual development and expansion of non litigation projects in banks,the research on risk management in non litigation projects in the lawyer industry is more meaningful Righteousness.Based on the mature theoretical framework of risk management,this paper makes a systematic study on the risk management of non litigation projects in Shengheng Law Firm.Firstly,the risk management theory is summarized,which lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up research of this paper.Secondly,it expounds the main problems in Shengheng Law Firm and its non litigation project risk management,which lays a practical foundation for the follow-up research of this paper.Then,by using Delphi method,brainstorming method,check list method and flow chart method,the existing risk factors of Shengheng Law Firm’s non litigation project are identified;through the analysis of the frequency and consequences of risk factors,combined with the determination of risk preference of Shengheng Law Firm,the work hazard analysis method is used to analyze the non litigation of Shengheng Law Firm According to the results of risk assessment of non litigation project of Shengheng Law Firm,combined with the current situation of Shengheng Law Firm,the paper puts forward reasonable suggestions on the countermeasures and control measures of non litigation project risk.Finally,the conclusion and Prospect of this paper.Through the identification,evaluation,response and control of non litigation project risk of Shengheng Law Firm,this paper can strengthen the risk management ability of non litigation project of Shengheng Law Firm,improve the risk management system,enhance the ability of project resistance risk,promote Shengheng Law Firm to make correct decisions,reduce losses and seize opportunities.The analysis and application of risk management theory in Shengheng Law Firm provides reference for the risk management of non litigation projects undertaken by the lawyer industry,and also provides new ideas for other research on risk management of lawyer industry.
