| Fairness and justice is a long-standing and contemporary issue,and is the highest value goal pursued by human society.Throughout history,different countries,different groups and different classes have different views on fairness and justice from different standpoints,and with the progress and development of the times,fairness and justice have been given new connotations.In fact,fairness and justice are always in line with the economic development of the times,and have the characteristics of social history and class.Fairness and justice are the hope and expectation of human beings for a better life.Marx’s concept of fairness and justice is an important part of Marxist theory.Standing on the position of historical materialism,Marx criticized the Western bourgeois view of justice and absorbed its reasonable core,thus surpassing the fairness and justice view of Western bourgeois scholars and reaching a qualitative leap in the history of fairness and justice research.This paper is divided into three parts,centering on the main line of what is Marx’s concept of justice and equity:The first part discusses the social background of Marx’s concept of justice,focuses on the theoretical sources,highlights Marx’s criticism of Proudhon and Lassalle,and analyzes the reasonable points and historical limitations of each theory,so as to understand and elaborate Marx’s concept of justice more comprehensively.The second part firstly elaborates the connotation of fairness and justice from a macroscopic perspective and identifies the relationship between fairness and justice,and then explains the extension of fairness and justice from multiple dimensions and clarifies the relationship between fairness and justice and freedom and equality.Then,from three perspectives,namely economic,political and social,the main contents of Marx’s concept of fairness and justice are highlighted.Finally,the characteristics of Marx’s concept of justice are systematically sorted out and summarized.Thus,the main contents of Marx’s concept of fairness and justice are both comprehensively and concretely expounded.The third part analyzes the contemporary value of Marx’s concept of fairness and justice.From the four perspectives of China’s economy,politics,culture and society,it reveals the problems of unfairness and justice in each field,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve them in the light of Marx’s concept of fairness and justice,which fully manifests the theoretical and practical values of Marx’s concept of fairness and justice. |
