Problems And Countermeasures In The Construction Of Rural Spiritual Civilization In Zhalong Town, Qiqihar Cit

The report of the 20 th Party Congress emphasizes the need to promote civilization cultivation,civilization practice and civilization creation,promote the integration of urban and rural spiritual civilization construction,promote the spirit of labor,struggle,dedication,creativity,diligence and thrift in the whole society,and cultivate a new style and appearance of the times.As an important content to realize the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside,the construction of rural spiritual civilization is the core force to promote the prosperity of rural industries,ecological livability,civilized countryside and effective governance,and is an important content for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The construction of rural spiritual civilization in Zhalong Town,Qiqihar City,Heilongjiang Province,adheres to the demand-oriented approach,takes the improvement of villagers’ quality,the prosperity of rural culture and the cultivation of civilized countryside as the entry point,vigorously carries forward and inherits the traditional Chinese virtues,and has made progress in the work related to the construction of rural spiritual civilization,but there are still many shortcomings.This paper will take the current situation of rural spiritual civilization construction in Zhalong town as the research object,and systematically organize and summarize the achievements in rural spiritual civilization construction in Zhalong town and the problems in four aspects,such as inappropriate management of stereotypes and bad habits,less investment in rural spiritual civilization construction,less in-depth excavation of local culture,and insufficient role of voluntary organizations,etc.through finding information and questionnaires.These problems have hindered the in-depth promotion of the construction of rural spiritual civilization in Zhalong Town,and this paper will analyze the reasons for their formation and propose corresponding countermeasures according to the problems.
