Study On The Core Ideas Of Traditional Integrity Legal Culture And Its Contemporary Transformation

In the new era,it is of great significance to reconceptualize and re-examine the traditional legal culture of integrity in China for building a socialist country under the rule of law,therefore,these rich legal and cultural heritages of integrity should be considered and researched more deeply to make them more in line with the needs of the rapid development of modern rule of law society and to fundamentally establish a long-term mechanism to fight corruption and advocate integrity,which is our study of traditional legal culture of integrity.This is the basic starting and ending point of our research on traditional integrity legal culture.The article takes legal culture as the research perspective,by tracing the foundation and development law of China’s traditional integrity legal culture and summarizing its core ideas,and in response to General Secretary Xi Jinping’s call to promote the creative transformation of China’s excellent traditional legal culture,and in the policy context of innovative development,we explore the fit between Xi Jinping’s thinking on integrity and rule of law and China’s traditional integrity legal culture,and seriously explore the profound legal culture of traditional integrity in the new era.We will explore the profound heritage of traditional legal culture of integrity,analyze the theoretical and practical transformation of the core ideas of traditional legal culture of integrity,and systematically grasp its value and significance for the construction of legal culture of integrity and international communication of Chinese culture in the new era from both international and domestic levels.However,due to the historical limitations of the class nature and the background of the times,the process of contemporary transformation of the core ideas of traditional integrity legal culture does not happen overnight.In the process of transformation of Chinese traditional legal culture of integrity in contemporary party style and clean government construction,it is hindered by the concept of officialdom,the idea of relationship,paternalistic style,and the lack of system implementation at the level of ideology,system,and style,etc.It is necessary to draw the beneficial components of Chinese traditional culture of integrity in spirit,sy stem,and behavior to provide countermeasure suggestions to resolve the dilemma and provide solid theoretical foundation and historical source for the construction and development of modern legal culture of integrity in China.In order to realize the intersection and integration of modern rule of law system and traditional integrity legal culture,accelerate the construction of socialist rule of law state and promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.
