Enterprise compliance in the construction stage of our system,the system and the lenient confession system has a great degree of fusion.However,in the process of building enterprise compliance system based on the lenient guilty plea system,the setting of enterprise compliance conditions is unclear,the compliance inspection period is limited,the operation of compliance mechanism is not smooth and needs to be solved,the fairness of compliance procedures is not guaranteed,and the compliance effect is difficult to last for a long time,which have caused intense discussion in the theoretical and practical circles.This paper puts forward some suggestions for the smooth construction of Chinese enterprises’ compliance system by comparing foreign countries.To lay the foundation of enterprise compliance with the confession and punishment system,to intervene in advance to extend the investigation period,to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the system and mechanism,and gradually improve the construction of enterprise compliance system.
