Reserch On The Concept Of Development Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics(1978-2012)

The concept of development originates from practice and is the understanding and summary of the laws of development.Once formed,the concept of development aims to guide the practice of development.In today’s world,the international situation is complex and volatile,such as the intensification of economic globalisation,global climate change and the outbreak of global epidemics,which makes human beings face more challenges.How to better respond to the challenges,change the world and promote the development of human society is a question that people have to think about.Therefore,maintaining peace and pursuing development remain the common aspiration of the vast majority of countries,and the theme of the times of peace and development has not changed.How to transform the world and promote the development of human society is worthy of in-depth consideration.It is of great value to follow the guidance of the Marxist concept of development to think about and explore the questions of what development is,why it is necessary and how to develop.Based on a Marxist philosophical perspective,this article compares the theoretical origins of the formation of the socialist concept of development with Chinese characteristics,expounds and analyses the development concept of the three generations of the Communist Party of China(CPC)leaders,which is inherited from each other and has its own focus,reveals the progressive logical relationship between the concepts of development at different stages of development,and further achieves a more comprehensive and profound understanding of the socialist concept of development with Chinese characteristics.First of all,we recognise that the Communist Party of China attaches great importance to the issue of development,and that new requirements for development have been put forward at different times.After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee,the CPC deepened its thinking about socialism and its construction,and the second generation of the Party’s leadership,with Deng Xiaoping at its core,made the great choice of reform and opening up,and in the process of gradually exploring in depth the way to build socialism,found a distinctive path that was in line with China’s national conditions and suitable for China’s development,creating a socialist concept of development with Chinese characteristics.With the deepening of reform and opening up,the Party’s leadership collective with Jiang Zemin at its core and Hu Jintao at its core has further promoted socialist modernisation and,after more than 40 years of continuous development,has made achievements that have impressed the world,realising the transformation from "standing up" to "getting rich".China has been transformed from "standing up" to "getting rich" and has a new look.Secondly,it further explores and elaborates on the theory of substance and purpose,the theory of conditions and dynamics,the theory of scale and stages,and the theory of two points and priorities of socialist development with Chinese characteristics,revealing the intrinsic causes and progressive logical relationships in the formation of the concept of development.Finally,it summarises and distils the contemporary inspiration of the concept of development,further grasps the general laws of development,and better leads China’s great development practice with the socialist concept of development with Chinese characteristics.
