Study On Government Support Strategy Of Chinese Herbal Medicine Cultivation Industry In Dabie Mountain For Rural Revitalization

Based on the actual situation of our country,Communist Party of China and the government put forward the development strategy of "Rural Revitalization".Dabie Mountain area,as the last poor rural area in our country,needs to be paid attention to.Dabie Mountain area has a lot of Chinese herbal medicine resources,at the same time,Chinese herbal medicine has a long history of planting,with strong local characteristics.Government departments at all levels support and promote the development of Chinese herbal medicine planting industry in Dabie Mountains by formulating corresponding supporting policies.However,many factors affect these government support policies.Through theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,this paper finds out the main factors that affect the government’s support policy for Chinese herbal medicine planting in Dabie Mountain area.On this basis,the paper puts forward the areas that can be optimized when governments and departments at all levels make support policies in the future.The results indicate that 12 major influencing factors,such as management ability,education level,planting years,planting scale,planting difficulty,geographical location mark brand,market stability,access to relevant support policies,time interval between the release and learning of support policies,whether the policies are implemented,time for the implementation of policies,policy transfer and guidance of relevant personnel,have influenced the "Dabie Mountain area medicine farmers’ satisfaction with the existing government support policies".From the perspective of classification,four of the five factors related to policy efficiency(whether to obtain the relevant support policies,the time interval between the release and learning of the support policies,whether to implement the policies,the time for the implementation of the policies,the relevant personnel to transfer the policies and guidance)have a greater weight of impact,which means that the pharmaceutical farmers in Dabie Mountains pay more attention to the formulation,implementation and implementation of the policies.Therefore,in the process of subsequent adjustment or formulation of relevant supporting policies,we need to pay more attention to these four aspects while focusing on the policy itself,so as to effectively improve the actual effect of supporting policies.In addition,although most of the Chinese herbal growers do not engage in the required professional skills and cultural literacy,the lack of professional talents has affected the development of the Chinese herbal medicine planting industry in Dabie Mountain area,which is not conducive to the future development of the Chinese herbal medicine industry.Therefore,when formulating support policies,governments at all levels need to give full consideration to how to cultivate and introduce professional Chinese herbal medicine planting talents.In addition,this paper also puts forward some suggestions for the development of Chinese herbal medicine planting related industries and the development of pharmaceutical farmers themselves.Dabie Mountain area should actively promote the development of Chinese herbal medicine planting related industries and improve the industrial chain of Chinese herbal medicine planting.At the same time,pharmaceutical farmers need to improve their own quality and literacy,and improve their planting ability and professional level.
