Development Status And Promotion Path Of Shandong Internet Plus People’s Livelihood Platform

In April 2016,the general office of the State Council pointed out that promoting"Internet + government services" and strengthening the information transmission between departments are conducive to the implementation of streamlining administration and delegating power to achieve the goal of service reform.At present,the party and government departments are actively carrying out the reform of"deregulation and service",and have taken innovative measures such as"e-government" and "one network".National public security organs have also carried out relevant exploration,"Internet+people’s livelihood police" came into being.The public security department is an important part of the government system.The police officers undertake many service functions,including the management of entry and exit,the management of registered residence and all kinds of public affairs closely related to the public.They handle many types of businesses,and the people have strong expectations for "Internet+livelihood police".However,due to the objective reasons such as the late reform of "e-government" and "release,control and service"carried out by public security organs,there are still many shortcomings and problems in "Internet+people’s livelihood police".How to solve the barriers and problems in the construction of "Internet+people’s livelihood police",give full play to the maximum efficiency of the Internet in police reform,and provide citizens with information-based,refined,efficient and convenient services is the focus of this paper.This paper takes the construction of "Internet+people’s livelihood police" in Shandong Province as the research object,grasps the seamless government theory and process reengineering theory,analyzes the construction of the "Internet+people’s livelihood police" platform,studies the construction process and content,studies and analyzes the lack of top-level design of the platform,the lack of customer orientation,and the insufficient attention paid to users by the "Internet+people’s livelihood police" government service platform Information security issues are prominent,and put forward countermeasures and optimization paths to improve the construction of"Internet+people’s livelihood police" in Shandong Province under the background of big data.This paper believes that we can optimize and improve from the aspects of building a perfect legal system,improving the level of ideological cognition,expanding the scope of data sharing,adjusting and improving the process,and innovating the service mechanism,so as to truly realize the "Internet+people’s livelihood police",and enhance the people’s satisfaction and sense of gain.
