| Young people are the main force and representative team for social development,national prosperity and rejuvenation,and they are the main builders of future socialism.Ideological and political education for young employees is an important mission of enterprise culture construction,especially in military enterprises with a large number of talents.In the process of work and study,young employees gradually understand the world and form values for individuals,families,enterprises and even the whole society.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the CPC Central Committee has taken the building of a strong military with Chinese characteristics as the theme,followed the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics,strengthened the modernization of the armed forces and national defense,and used new ideas to plan the future path of the armed forces and national defense.Under this background,it is of great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance to continue to strengthen the cultivation of the value orientation of military enterprises,which is not only the only way to the cultural construction of military enterprises,but also the need to review the past,face the future and promote the development of military enterprises.The 21 st century is a historical period of rapid development of big data.A large number of highly educated young graduates from the 1980 s and 1990 s have entered various positions in military enterprises.In order to make the staff become the backbone of the enterprise with both political integrity and ability,the new blood exchange within the military enterprise is successfully completed.According to the cultural construction needs of military enterprises and the basic requirements and objectives of ideological and political education work of military enterprises,taking a military enterprise as an example,questionnaire analysis is conducted for the specific status of the military enterprise’s young employees,and the achievements and shortcomings of the enterprise in the cultivation of value orientation are studied.Then summed up the value orientation of military enterprises and ideological and political education problems,research to solve the problem countermeasures and paths,such as strengthening the main role of young employees to play the most energy;Carry forward characteristic military spirit to cultivate enterprise pride;Unimpeded the development of young employees to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture;In order to make employees become the pillars of the enterprise with both political integrity and ability,and successfully complete the new blood exchange within the military enterprise,strengthen the value orientation of employees and ensure economic benefits are in an equally important position.To study the existing problems of the value orientation of young employees in an enterprise,find out the methods and countermeasures to solve the problems in order to adapt to the new requirements of the value orientation of employees in the new situation,provide new impetus for the cultural construction of military enterprises,and also provide theoretical and practical experience for the research and development of ideological and political education. |
