Research On The Construction Of Rural Grass-Roots Party Organizations In Heilongjiang Province In The New Era

The key to running China’s affairs well lies in the party.In the new development stage,the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations is crucial to comprehensively promote rural revitalization and realize agricultural and rural modernization.In 2021,the No.1 document of the Central Committee pointed out that to strengthen the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations,give full play to the leadership role of rural grass-roots party organizations,continue to focus on Party building and promote rural revitalization,and achieve the strategic objectives of comprehensive agricultural upgrading,comprehensive rural progress,and comprehensive development of farmers,rural grass-roots party organizations need to continuously strengthen their own construction and give full play to their role as fighting bastions.This paper studies the current situation and existing problems of the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations in Heilongjiang Province,and explores how to better play the role of fighting fortress of rural grass-roots party organizations and help the smooth implementation of the Comprehensive Rural Revitalization Strategy.Firstly,it briefly expounds the relevant concepts of the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations,and reviews and combs the thoughts of Marx,Engels,Lenin and several leaders of the Communist Party of China on the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations.Secondly,through on-the-spot investigation,it is found that the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations in Heilongjiang Province has achieved certain results in the innovation of working methods of grass-roots party organizations,the improvement of the incentive and security system for village cadres,the optimization of the construction of "integrated" Party organizations,and the optimization of the structure of rural grass-roots leading groups.However,due to the lack of population flow and security,the lack of ideological understanding of Party members and cadres,and the imperfect construction of organizational power Unable to effectively respond to the new requirements for the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations in the new era and other reasons,the current construction of rural grass-roots party organizations still has some problems,such as the imbalance of the structure of rural grass-roots party members and cadres,the inadequate implementation of the "unity of knowledge and practice" of Party members and cadres,the insufficient play of the role of the Battle Fortress of rural grass-roots party organizations,and the weak promotion of Rural Revitalization by the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations.Finally,in view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: building a team of highly qualified party members,improving the service awareness of the cadre team of rural grass-roots party organizations,strengthening the political function of rural grass-roots party organizations,strengthening the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations and promoting the orderly progress of rural revitalization,so as to give play to the role of the Battle Fortress of rural grass-roots party organizations and empower them to promote rural revitalization in an all-round way.
