The central inspection work is an important means of inner-party supervision,and the local inspection work is the embodiment of the further extension of the central inspection work,while the construction of inspection team affects the smooth development of the local inspection work.In the process of inspection work,it is necessary to effectively strengthen the connection between central inspection work and local inspection work.It is necessary to strengthen the construction of the inspection work team in order to promote high-quality development of inspection work and achieve extensive coverage of inspection work.In order to carry out county-level inspections more effectively,it is necessary to improve the political position of grass-roots inspection work,shouldering political responsibility resolutely,and strengthening political accountability in order to promote high-quality development of county-level inspection work.With the inspection task’s ongoing advancement and development,how to better improve the inspection team’s construction is an important link to ensuring the smooth development of the inspection work and improving the inspection work’s efficiency,and it is a problem that needs to be considered in the current county-level inspection work.In this paper,the research object is the Z County patrol team,which was discovered and analyzed as a result of an investigation and examination of the current state of Z County patrol team construction,found that although the construction of Z County patrol team is increasingly perfect,but there are still some problems in the process of practical work.According to the actual situation of the construction of the inspection team in Z County,this paper proposes the optimization design scheme of the construction of the inspection team in Z County from the aspects of the organization and setting of the inspection team,the optimization of the inspection team,the management of the inspection team,and the assessment and supervision system,finally from the organization’s security,personnel security,system security three aspects for Z county inspector team construction optimization scheme is put forward the corresponding security measures.Combined with the optimization plan of inspection team construction and corresponding safeguard measures,constantly improve the construction of Z county inspection team,can promote the better implementation and development of Z County inspection work to a certain extent.
