| The disclosure of government information is an important way for the public to exercise the right to know.Land expropriation is related to the vital interests of the masses,and the disclosure of land expropriation information cannot meet the needs of the masses,and it has become a hard-hit area that has caused conflicts.It is urgent to improve the management level of land expropriation information disclosure.This paper conducts a comprehensive analysis from the outside to the inside of the publicity of land acquisition information in Yantai from the perspectives of the masses and government officials.Through the statistical analysis of the cases of land acquisition information disclosure in Yantai City based on the application,it is concluded that the current land acquisition information disclosure is easy to cause contradictions,the convenience of obtaining information is poor,the effectiveness of on-site publicity is low,and the information asymmetry is prominent.Through the questionnaire survey and discussion among the staff of the natural resources department and the stakeholders,the results of the questionnaire and interview were analyzed,and the applicability of the system of the land acquisition information disclosure system in Yantai City,the extensiveness of the disclosure channels,and the convenience of the disclosure method were deeply explored.There are 4 main influencing factors in total,the effectiveness of supervision and assessment,and the causes of problems in the disclosure of land acquisition information in Yantai City are analyzed.Based on the survey and analysis results,a feasible optimization plan was formulated from four aspects: institutional standards,open channels,open methods,and supervision and evaluation.In order to better ensure the implementation of the optimization plan for the management of land acquisition information in Yantai City,corresponding public opinion publicity guarantees,personnel guarantees and technical guarantees have been formulated.Research on the optimization of the management of land acquisition information disclosure in Yantai City can effectively improve the service level of Yantai Municipal Government information disclosure.Provide ideas. |
