Secrecy is a matter of national security and interests,and plays an irreplaceable role in ensuring the security of the country’s economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction and ecological civilization construction,and is a very important work of the Party and the State.In recent years,the international situation has become increasingly complex,the competition between countries for comprehensive national power is intensifying,and certain countries,in order to achieve the purpose of controlling information,the implementation of comprehensive intelligence theft and information monitoring,and strive to forcefully occupy the information field in China.Hostile forces and foreign intelligence agencies to China’s social infiltration,multi-group and multi-field countermeasures,theft of state secrets more and more frequent,the threat to national security has increased,in such a context,our country to fight the defense of the information field,make every effort to safeguard national sovereignty,security,development interests,to ensure national political security and social stability.At the same time,in the information network era,computer networks and other new technologies are widely used,information storage and processing increasingly digital,networked,the risk of hidden leaks,leaks and channels continue to increase,the form of domestic secrecy work is serious,the task of secrecy work more difficult,more significant responsibility.It is the political responsibility and obligation of N region to carry out confidentiality work,keep state secrets,safeguard national security and interests,and build a security and stability barrier in the northern frontier of the motherland.In recent years,the state has taken concerted efforts to manage the confidentiality work.Through the formulation and implementation of the new “ confidentiality law,” and the strategic idea of “ adhering to the overall national security concept ” proposed at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the level of confidentiality management of the party and government organs has made a qualitative leap in recent years.However,according to the author’s investigation,there are still a lot of hidden dangers of leakage in details.The lack of attention,omission and disorderly conduct in the confidentiality work are still difficult problems in the security blocking war.At any time,it may cause leakage risks in the aspects of the lack of confidentiality awareness of secret-related personnel,the formalization of confidentiality propaganda,the lax management of secret-related documents,and the avoidance of seriousness of self-assessment of confidentiality.Based on this background,this thesis takes the level of confidentiality management of party and government organs in N region as the research object and research content.Through literature research,case analysis,field research and other methods,it analyzes the current situation,existing problems and causes of confidentiality management of party and government organs in N region,and puts forward suggestions,so as to make the best contribution to improve the ability of confidentiality management of party and government organs in N region,reduce the risk of leakage and reduce the leakage events.
