Research On The Construction Model Of Foshan University Training Base From The Perspective Of Government,College,Industry And Enterprise Collaboration

Strengthened by training base of colleges and universities,the collaboration of government,college,industry and enterprise is an important content and means to promote the integration of industry and education.Taking Foshan University training base as the research object,analyzing from the perspective of government,college,industry and enterprise collaboration,this paper combs the condition of various training bases in Foshan and summarizes the coordination mode and mechanism.Also,it analyzes the existing problems and discusses its future development path.Colleges and universities in Foshan have established various forms of training bases.Taking DR Institute as an example,there are school-enterprise linkage mode,school-enterprise joint construction mode and school-enterprise joint training mode.Combined with the characteristics of professional teaching,each training base has connected with the talent demand of enterprises,and built a new talent training mode integrating industry and education,which deepened the industry education integration,promoted the supply side reform of professional talent training,and also,played an important role in serving talent who works in cooperative enterprises and industries in the Province.However,there are also problems that students’ desire for training is not strong and the quality of training base is not high.As far as colleges and universities in Foshan are concerned,the training base mainly includes 4 modes: unilateral leadership of college and enterprise,joint construction of college and enterprise,joint construction of government,college and enterprise,and quadrilateral coordination of government,college,industry and enterprise.Problems like low level of collaboration,lagging construction of collaboration mechanism and teaching staff and single collaboration mode are also existing.In view of the problems existing in the coordination of Foshan University training base,we need to take measures,such as combining inside with outside the campus,combining government with market guidance,establishing four-way linkage mechanism,and promoting modern vocational education system etc..In this way,a multi-channel mechanism of government,college,industry and enterprise collaboration will be finally established.
