The problem of bribery crime has always been attached great importance to by our party and country,which concerns the happiness of the people and the revitalization of the nation.Corruption and its related governance has always been the focus of China’s attention,especially after the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the CPC Central Committee has intensified efforts to fight corruption and promote integrity,and has become more determined to fight corruption,especially bribery and other duty crimes.This thesis is based on all kinds of bribery crime in China in the new period and performance characteristics,and combining with the historical experience of governance of bribery crime in our country,the use of law,criminology,psychology and other disciplines intersection research methods,the forming reasons of bribery crime in the new period and its governance path and control countermeasures are analyzed and discussed,It is hoped that it will be of benefit to the establishment and improvement of relevant systems of bribery governance and psychological prevention in the new period.This paper first sorts out the forms and main behavior characteristics of bribery crime from liberation to the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and sorts out the corresponding historical countermeasures against corruption,which is helpful to analyze the new changes and characteristics of the current bribery crime.Secondly,it expounds the specific development of China’s social background and new situation after the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and summarizes the realistic manifestations and changes of bribery crime in the new period on this basis.Through the network to collect written judgment in China from2016 to 2020,a total of 1000 copies of bribery crime judgment related information,such as collection since the eighteenth big material such as corruption and bribery official confessions,to carry out the research of civil servants of bribery crime phenomenon,on the subject,involved in field,the amounts involved,the case method,on the basis of the system research of criminal psychology,This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the bribery cases tried by courts at all levels in the past five years,discusses and studies the changing trend and new circumstances and new ways of the bribery crime,and expounds and summarizes the new characteristics of the bribery crime in the new era.Moreover,this paper analyzes the reasons of bribery crime in the new period,according to the new characteristics of the public official bribery and criminal psychology,analyses the crime causes,the study found that bribery crime has both individual officer of power and missing the distortion and individual morality,values deformity,also has the power operation mechanism is not reasonable,The supervision and restriction system needs to be perfected and the cadre management assessment system is not scientific and the property supervision system lags behind the serious reasons,as well as the spread of social injustice,social supervision channels are not smooth and the judicial investigation loopholes and other reasons.As a result of the new period of China’s bribery crime has been high,frequent occurrence.Finally,in view of the causes of bribery in the new period,the relevant governance paths are put forward.First,we should focus on the education of clean government and strengthen the cognition of socialist core value system.Secondly,we should establish and improve relevant systems and mechanisms,strengthen the cadre selection management mechanism,and improve the property supervision and supervision system;Finally,we should build a solid ideological line,unblock the channels of social supervision,perfect the loopholes of judicial investigation,and provide sufficient guarantee for preventing the crime of bribery.
