Research On Xi Jinping’s Socialist People’s Livelihood With Chinese Characteristics

The people’s livelihood concerns the destiny of the nation and the country,and the happiness of the people’s life.It is a major issue that a country and a nation must attach great importance to and take seriously.Times are changing,and the main contradiction in society has changed,which undoubtedly presents us with new challenges and new problems.General Secretary Xi Jinping has always attached great importance to the livelihood issues that the people are concerned about,and put the fundamental interests of the people in mind and reflected it in his daily work.At the intersection of history,the Party and the government have led the people to get rid of poverty and achieve a moderately prosperous society.Based on this foundation,General Secretary Xi Jinping firmly established the concept of the supremacy of the people in the process of continuing to move towards modernization,took practical protection of the rights and interests of the people and the realization of a better life as the direction of struggle,and emphasized the need to do good and practical things for the people sincerely.This paper is divided into four parts except the introduction.The first part discusses the basis for the formation of Xi Jinping’s view of social democracy and people’s livelihood with Chinese characteristics.First of all,it explains the theoretical basis of its formation,including the Marxist concept of people’s livelihood,the concept of people’s livelihood of the leading collectives of the Communist Party of China in all dynasties and the traditional Chinese people-oriented thought.Secondly,it expounds the realistic basis of its formation,including the changes of the main contradictions of Chinese society in the new era,the complex and changing times conditions and the current situation of people’s livelihood,and the practice of the Communist Party of China to improve people’s livelihood since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The second part summarizes the main content of Xi Jinping’s socialist outlook on people’s livelihood with Chinese characteristics,including the strategic position,basic goals,specific areas,and methods and paths of people’s livelihood construction.The third part summarizes the main features of Xi Jinping’s socialist outlook on people’s livelihood with Chinese characteristics on the basis of theoretical analysis..The fourth part studies the important value of Xi Jinping’s socialist outlook on people’s livelihood with Chinese characteristics,and discusses from both theoretical and practical aspects.First,the theoretical value includes four aspects: inheriting and developing the Marxist concept of people’s livelihood,enriching the socialist concept of people’s livelihood with Chinese characteristics,promoting the creative transformation and innovative development of the traditional Chinese concept of people’s livelihood,and composing the "Chinese plan" that benefits the people’s livelihood of the world.Secondly,the practical value includes four aspects: promoting the resolution of the main social contradictions in the new era of our country,guiding the practice of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics,promoting the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and promoting the construction and development of international poverty reduction.
