Luo Ronghuan’s Practice And Experience Study Of Strengthening The Party’s Unity Work During The Comprehensive Anti-Japanese War

Ensuring the solidarity and unity of the Party is the life of the Party.In order to ensure that the Party always commands the overall situation and coordinates with all parties,and that the Party always maintains great unity,maximizing the strength of unity and struggle,which is an important magic weapon for our Party to overcome the enemy and forge ahead over the past century.During the Comprehensive Anti-Japanese War,facing the complex sharp national contradictions and class struggle,facing the Party of the "left" and right-leaning error,facing the environment of guerrilla warfare and the special situation in which the base areas are far away from the central leadership and separated from each other,political workers represented by Luo Ronghuan,thoroughly implemented the Party’s principles and policies in the concrete practice of leading the war of Resistance and the construction of base areas.According to the needs of the revolutionary situation and practical work,through strengthening the unified leadership of the Party,implementing the democratic system,adhering to the local rectification,discipline construction and united Front work,these measures had effectively strengthened the unity within and outside the Party of Shandong,completely reversed the passive situation of the base area.It promoted the harmony,stability,unity and progress of the relations between the Party and the Government and between social strata in the region,and provided valuable experience for the consolidation and expansion of the national base areas.This paper mainly adopts the research method of combining literature analysis and historical theory.Guided by historical materialism,and based on historical materials,the author are in line with the basic idea of combining theory with practice to arrange,summarize and analyze the relevant content.The first part focuses on the motivation of Luo Ronghuan’s solidarity work during the Comprehensive Anti-Japanese War,including the objective need of dealing with the complicated situation,the actual need of promoting the great project of the Party building and the actual needs of carrying out the Party’s directive spirit of solidarity work.These factors are helpful for him to creatively carry out relevant work based on the reality.According to the concrete practice of Luo Ronghuan,the second part shows the main content of the his solidarity work from two aspects of the Party and non-party,and objectively analyzes the remarkable achievements and distinct working methods,that are the unity of principle and flexibility,the combination of democracy with education,and the model coupling,and the consistency of relying on the masses and serving the masses.Finally,it systematically summarizes the basic experience of Luo Ronghuan in strengthening the party’s unity work during the period of the Comprehensive Anti-Japanese War.Through historical care of practical problems,focusing on solving the new era of new problems,new situation and new challenges,the author sums up the contemporary realistic enlightenment of Luo Ronghuan’s solidarity work during the Comprehensive Anti-Japanese War,which is helpful for us to further carry forward the fine tradition of the Party in the new historical journey,enhance the party’s cohesion and fighting capacity,follow the leadership core and keep in alignment with the central Party leadership.This has an important practical significance and far-reaching historical significance.
