Research On Local Financial Supervision And Legislation Issues In My Country

Local finance is an important part of my country’s finance.The rise of local finance not only provides support for social and economic development,but also contains huge financial risks.Therefore,how to ensure the healthy and orderly development of local finance and effectively prevent local financial risks is an issue worth studying.Although the academic circles have made a lot of research achievements on local financial supervision in my country,it is still not enough to conduct systematic and in-depth research on it from the perspective of legislation.The research of this paper is carried out under the above background.This paper uses comparative analysis and normative analysis to sort out the current situation of risks in the development of my country’s local finance and the inherent defects of my country’s unified financial supervision model,and reviews the development process and legislative status of my country’s local financial supervision.The research results show that in my country’s local financial supervision and legislation,there are mainly insufficient basis for the upper law,there is no clear legal provisions in the local financial supervision legislation,the legal boundary of the local financial supervision power is not determined by the laws of our country,and the current law restricts the local financial organizations.development and other legal issues.This paper believes that in response to the above legal issues,it is necessary to provide a higher-level legal basis for local financial supervision and legislation through the legislative path,clarify the source of local financial supervision power and legislative authority,and clearly define the statutory functions and attributes of local financial supervision agencies.Set aside space to clarify the legal boundaries of central and local financial supervision powers.In this way,the healthy and orderly development of local finance in my country can be effectively guaranteed,and local financial risks can be effectively prevented.
