Research On Contract Management Improvement Of Jilin Lintian Yuanda Image Group Co.,Ltd

With the continuous development of China’s market economy and the continuous improvement of the socialist legal system,enterprises have become the most important subjects of market transactions,the contract bears the main contents of the two parties transaction mode,price,rights and obligations and liabilities for breach of contract.Contracts are particularly important for businesses,more and more enterprises are beginning to think about how to carry out effective management of contracts.There is an urgent need for enterprises to do special research on contract management.This thesis mainly use the literature research method and the investigation research method.The research object is LT Company,which the author acts as a legal adviser.This thesis analyzes the current situation,problems and causes of contract management in LT company,and suggestions for improvement.Firstly,the basic concept of contract management is analyzed;Secondly,the LT Company as the object of research,analysis of the status of contract management,problems and reasons.Thirdly,it puts forward the solution to the contract management problem of LT Company.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of the corresponding improvement program,the security measures taken are described.At the same time,the conclusion and prospect of this study are summarized.The study is expected to contribute to contract management as follow :(1)It is beneficial to the perfection of contract management in LT company.(2)It provides the first-hand research material for the research of contract management in small and medium enterprises,and is beneficial to further promote the research of contract management.(3)It has certain reference value to explore the suitable method of contract management for Small and medium-sized enterprises and improve the contract management.
