Research On The Cultivation And Influencing Factors Of The Occuptional Ability Of "Child Companion Mother" In Xuyong County

The General Office of the State Council issued the “Notice on Further Doing a Good Job in the Basic Livelihood Guarantee of the People in Difficulties”,requiring all localities to provide assistance and care for rural left-behind children service.As an important project for caring for left-behind children,the Child Companion Project has achieved certain results in caring for and helping left-behind children.In particular,the core force of the Child Companion Project——“Child Companion Mother”,played an irreplaceable important role in the implementation of the project.With the improvement and expansion of the project,the professional team of “Child Companion Mother” will further increase,and the group of left-behind children it serves will also expand.In addition,serving left-behind children is more of an emotion.So it is necessary for the “Child Companion Mother” team to maintain long-term stability as much as possible.Since the implementation of the Child Companion Project is not long,there is no comprehensive system and model for selecting,establishing,and training a group of “Child Companion Mother” with solid business abilities and high overall quality.This will inevitably require public authorities to respond the vocational ability cultivation of “child companion mother” will come up with effective solutions as soon as possible.This article takes the Xuyong County Child Companion Program Project as an example,and uses literature research based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the professional ability cultivation of college counselors,financial accounting,librarians and other public management departments and public institutions and institutions.Method,case analysis and interview research methods,conducted in-depth interviews with relevant staff of the “Child Companion Mother” and the Child Companion Program Project Office in Xuyong County.The research on the professional ability of “Child Companion Mother” was carried out to collect and analyze the current situation and problems of the professional ability cultivation of “Child Companion Mother” in Xuyong County,and it was concluded that there are four main factors that affect the cultivation of the professional ability of “Child Companion Mother” in Xuyong County: First,the individual vocational qualities(basic knowledge,professional skills,and comprehensive qualities)of the “Child Companion Mother” are not high enough;second,the personal management ability of the person in charge of the Xuyong County Child Companion Program Project Office needs to be strengthened;third,The management system is not sound enough;fourth,policy guarantees are not in place.Finally,combined with the above problem research and cause analysis,three countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the internal drive of “Child Companion Mother”,improve various management systems,and improve multiple safeguard measures.
