The Internet platform is a very important engine which can promote the development of Internet economy.With the development of the platform,the competition of Internet platform is to a higher degree.Because the Internet has network effect and scale effect,and has high dynamics,the Internet platform is easy to be driven by dynamic competition,Maintain their market competitiveness by limiting transactions.2021 is the year of anti-monopoly.The anti-monopoly law enforeement authorities have successively investigated and dealt with a number of monopoly cases involving restricted transactions in the Internet field.Such a strong and large-scale platform anti-monopoly confirmis that China will spare no effort in maintaining the order of platform competition.However,due to the lack of law enforcement and judicial experience and the imperfection of legal provisions,There are still problems to be solved of the illegality of restricted transactions on Internet platfbrms in China.Through existing cases,this paper will Deeply sort out and analyze how law enforcement agencies and judicial organs determine the illegality of restricted transactions,Through reading the monographs and discussions of experts and scholars,combined with foreign experience,this paper puts forward new ideas and methods to improve the identification of the illegality of limited transactions on Internet platforms.
