Research On The Value Leading Of The Party And National Merit And Honor Commendation System In The New Era

According to the Resolution of the CPC Central Committee on the Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party’s Centennial Struggle(hereinafter referred to as the Resolution),the establishment and improvement of the system of commendation and recognition for meritorious deeds of the Party and the country has effectively demonstrated the loyalty of the Party and the people as well as the power of the country and the military,sounding the main theme and promoting positive energy in the whole society.On April 8,2022,a grand ceremony was held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing to summarize and commend the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.The 148 outstanding collectives and 148 individuals who made outstanding contributions received the highest level of praise from the Party and the state,which paid tribute to those who struggled and contributed to the Games and carried forward the spirit of the Beijing Winter Olympics.It demonstrated China’s national and cultural confidence,and presented the image of China in the new era.This study focuses on the value guiding function of the party and state meritorious service recognition system.First of all,this thesis for the party and the state meritorious honor recognition system combing the related study of the analysis of the existing research results on the basis of clarifying the party and the country exploits honorary recognition system,the concept of value guidance function,clear the system of party and state meritorious honor for value guidance function mainly reflects in motivation,mobilization,lead three aspects.Secondly,according to the four periods of the historical journey of the Party’s centennial struggle in the Resolution,the remarkable results and characteristics of the leading function of the value of meritorious service and honor in the four historical periods are summarized.This paper focuses on the necessity of giving full play to the value leading function of the party and state meritorious service recognition system under the background of the new era,and analyzes the deficiencies and causes of the value leading function of the party and state meritorious service recognition system in the new era.Finally,based on the legislation,education and publicity process of the party and state meritorious service recognition system,it provides method reference for strengthening the value leading function of the party and state meritorious service recognition system.A hopeful nation cannot live without its heroes,a promising nation without its pioneers.The exemplary figures of meritorious deeds vividly interpret the Chinese spirit and are the pioneers and leaders of The Times.They play an irreplaceable role in spiritual guidance and typical demonstration.At present,the international situation is undergoing profound and complex changes,with century-old changes and the epidemic interwoven.Economic globalization is facing countercurrents,the game between major countries is becoming increasingly fierce,and the world has entered a new period of turbulence and change.Reform,development and stability at home face daunting tasks.Therefore,it is all the more necessary to give full play to the value guiding function of the system of meritorious deeds and honors of the Party and the state,mobilize the people,inspire morale,guide the shaping of socialist core values,enhance the cohesion and appeal of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and provide spiritual support and a source of strength for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
