| The relationship between government and enterprise has important influence on the stability and development of national economy and society.In 2016,President Xi Jinping,from an overall and strategic perspective,used the words "Close" and "Clean" to summarize the new type of government-enterprise relationship in a concise and comprehensive way,putting forward clear requirements and practical compliance for the government to properly handle the relationship between government and enterprise.As the central urban area of Guangzhou,Yuexiu district has high economic density per unit area,tight land resources,crowded urban space,and slow economic growth.As an important work for local government to promote regional economic development,leading cadres at all levels have frequent contacts with entrepreneurs.To study the relationship between government and enterprises in the activities of attracting investment by businessmen is of great significance to the transformation of high-quality economic development in central urban areas.This paper studies the relationship between government and enterprise in Yuexiu district in order to find a practical path for the exchanges between government and enterprise in the activities of attracting investment in central city.Firstly,this paper expounds the research background and significance,summarizes and sorts out the research status at home and abroad.Secondly,the paper reviews the development process of government-enterprise relationship since the reform and opening up,and analyzes the significance of constructing "Close" and "Clean" government-enterprise relations.Third,through on-the-spot investigation and understanding of the investment promotion work in Yuexiu District,the article reviews the relevant investment promotion project materials over the years with questionnaires to the leaders of the investment promotion department,front-line staff,enterprise representatives,representatives of industry business associations,experts and scholars in the relevant investment promotion industry and interviews to summarize the current situation of investment attraction and government-enterprise relations in the central urban area.Fourthly,the paper analyzes the main problems and causes of the relationship between government and enterprise in the current investment attraction.Fifth,put forward "Close" and "Clean" government-enterprise relationship Suggestions,"Close" means provide government service forwardly to build a service-oriented government;"Clean" refers to improving the system and standardizing the boundary between government and enterprise exchanges;"Close" and "Clean" create a new ecological relationship between government and enterprise resulting three aspects to effectively solve the central city government in the activities of attracting investment in the relationship between government and enterprise,which promotes high-quality economic development. |
