Study On The Evaluation And Optimization Of HJH Charitable Foundation Fund Management

Charitable funds are the basis for the survival and development of charitable organizations,they are also the material guarantee for the development of charitable activities.Whether charitable funds can be well managed determines whether the goals and functions of charitable organizations can be achieved,determines the work efficiency and social effects,and affects the sustainable and healthy development.As a leading charitable organization in China,HJH Charitable Foundation has also caused a crisis of trust in recent years because of its management of charitable funds.In the case of less research on charitable fund management in China,this paper studies the fund management problems of HJH charitable foundations,and evaluates the management of charitable funds,and explores the feasible optimization scheme of charitable fund management.It provides a template for other charitable organizations to improve the management level of charitable funds,and to promote the healthy and orderly development of China’s charitable organizations.This paper reviews the relevant literature and theory of charitable fund management at home and abroad,and takes HJH Charitable Foundation as a case study to analyze the characteristics and current situation of the fund management of HJH Charitable Foundation.Through the construction of evaluation index,the paper investigates the evaluation of HJH Charitable Foundation fund management by questionnaire survey,and obtains the evaluation score of the corresponding index by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method according to the evaluation results.Finally,according to the index score results,combined with HJH Charitable Foundation fund management status,focusing on the use of funds,internal governance,fund raising and value-added,organizational structure,to find the problems of HJH Charitable Foundation and conduct in-depth analysis,to find out the reasons for the problems.In order to further improve the development level of HJH Charitable Foundation,this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization suggestions from four aspects: improving the supervision mechanism,improving the financial system,strengthening the ability of fund raising and value-added,and improving the organizational construction,so as to further improve the development level of HJH Charitable Foundation.
