The Justice Dilemma And Its Solution Of Digital Labor From The Perspective Of Marx’s View Of Justice

With the development of Internet information technology,a data-centric digital economy is gradually taking shape,promoting the formation of a new pattern of digital and intelligent labor forms.Digital labor plays an important position in the production and life of human beings.And smart phones and digital computers have become indispensable tools for people in the meantime.However,while enjoying the convenience brought by information technology,people are gradually becoming the slaves of massive data and information.The capital logic behind digital labor has triggered a series of justice dilemmas of exploitation and alienation,resulting in inequalities such as digital monopoly,digital hegemony and digital divide,which has aroused continuous attention and discussion in the academic circles.The term "digital labor" is an organic combination of digital technology and the concept of Marx’s labor.Therefore,starting from the concept of Marx’s labor,clarifying the connotation and characteristics of digital labor,and using Marx’s theory of justice to evaluate the current development of digital labor and justice reconstruction have realistic feasibility.Based on the background,significance and analysis of the research status at home and abroad,this dissertation is divided into four parts.the first part mainly expounds Marx’s concept of labor and digital labor,and based on Marx’s concept of labor and its constituent elements,it reveals the concept,development and development of digital labor.The second part focuses on exploring the justice dilemma and performance of the current digital labor.Based on Marx’s labor concept and view of justice,the dilemma of alienation and exploitation of justice in digital labor is analyzed,the truth that capital logic is the root of the justice dilemma is revealed,and a series of social problems caused by digital monopoly,digital hegemony,and the digital divide are further clarified.Based on Marx’s view of justice,the third part discusses the ways and measures to avoid the current dilemma of digital labor justice.Starting from the connotation of Marx’s economic and political justice,the solutions such as promoting the public ownership of digital capital,advocating data sharing,improving information legislation,and building a digital community are proposed.The fourth part deeply explores the contemporary value and communist implication of the Marxist conception of justice for the realization of digital labor justice,and discusses its role in evading digital monopoly,promoting digital benefits for the people,building digital fairness,enhancing contemporary values in digital capabilities,as well as the communist implication of abandoning alienated labor,eliminating class antagonism,and establishing a free-man association.Based on the reality of the development of the current digital economy,starting from Marx’s concept of labor and justice,and on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the research results in related fields,the justice dilemma in digital labor is deeply discussed and its solutions are actively explored in this dissertation,so as to provide some reference significance for the construction of the digital development path of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
