| With the development of Internet technology,the traditional offline government service has been difficult to meet the needs of the people,but it needs more online government service suitable for the new era.At the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that we should make full use of Internet technology and information technology to integrate national governance with it,so as to comprehensively promote our country’s socialist modernization.For the public security organ,how to use the Internet technology,practice General Secretary Xi Jinping’s requirements of the public security work demands to "serve the people",to promote faster ability of the public security organs at all levels of public service,accelerate the combination of online service items,thus improve the efficiency of public service and the quality is the key point of the development of the public security administrative service.Under the background of the reform of "decentralization,administration and service" in Guangdong Province,the Public Security Sub-bureau of N District actively takes advantage of the advantages of the new district and vigorously promotes the "Internet + Public security government affairs service construction" in the district,aiming to get through the "last mile" in online government affairs service.In this paper,a new era public security organs of government services for the construction of the Internet as a background,the holistic governance theory and digital governance framework,on the basis of N area from Guangzhou construction practice of "public security affairs Internet + service",through on-the-spot investigation,interview,case analysis and other research methods,the system combing the content of the construction and practice.Explore in which aspects for the masses to improve the quality of public security government services,what achievements have been made;At the same time,through investigation,interview and combined with the author’s practice,it is found that citizens have low awareness of "Internet + government service" and platform,simple functions,limited actual needs to meet citizens,poor use experience,poor communication and feedback effect.In-depth analysis of the causes of the problem,the main problems are the lack of ideological understanding,the lack of team construction,the lack of platform construction,propaganda and promotion is not in place;Finally,it puts forward several countermeasures for the development of "Internet + public security government affairs service" in N district,including improving ideological awareness,strengthening team building,strengthening platform construction,divergent thinking,and doing publicity work,etc.,to provide reference for the development of "Internet + public security government affairs service" in N District. |
