Research On Optimization Of Credit System Of Construction Engineering Enterprises In A City

Credit construction is an important manifestation of the modernization of a country’s governance system and governance capacity,and it is also one of the key tasks of our country.In recent years,our country has vigorously promoted the construction of credit.General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to the construction of the credit system,and requires integrity to promote healthy economic development as an important development idea.The credit status of construction enterprises directly affects the quality of construction,the order of market competition,labor relations and even social harmony and stability.Due to the insufficient construction of the credit system of construction engineering enterprises in A City,some construction enterprises have repeatedly committed dishonest behaviors,disordered competition,and poor construction quality.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study how to improve the credit system of construction enterprises in A city and improve the level of government credit management.This paper takes the construction engineering enterprise credit system of A city as the research object.First,it studies the domestic and foreign construction industry credit system and its theory,and summarizes the advanced experience.Secondly,through the method of questionnaire survey,it conducts an in-depth discussion on the status quo of the construction engineering enterprise credit system in A City,and analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the enterprise credit system.For example,the subject of credit evaluation is single,the indicators and standards of credit evaluation lack scientificity,the credit evaluation cannot reflect the dynamic changes of enterprise credit,and the results of credit evaluation lack operability.Thirdly,explore the reasons for the problems in the credit system of construction engineering enterprises in A City,including insufficient policies and regulations,insufficient government supervision,and low participation of construction enterprises in credit construction.Finally,combined with the existing problems in the current enterprise credit system and drawing lessons from the credit construction experience of other cities in China,this paper expounds the optimization countermeasures of the construction engineering enterprise credit system in A City.From the aspect of strengthening the construction of the credit system of construction enterprises,the first is to improve the evaluation indicators of the credit system,the second is to standardize the collection of credit information,the third is to strengthen the construction of credit information platforms,and the fourth is to strengthen the use of credit results.From the perspective of improving the protection measures for the credit system of construction enterprises,firstly,it is necessary to improve the construction credit regulatory system,secondly,it is necessary to improve the level of government supervision,and thirdly,it is necessary to do a good job in cultivating the credit of the construction market.By improving the credit system of construction enterprises in A City and improving the relevant safeguard measures,it is possible to promote the behavior of construction enterprises to consciously change to a good situation,promote the continuous development of the construction market,and ensure the smooth operation of the economy.For the government,establishing a credit-centered regulatory mechanism to guide the healthy development of the industry is a new model for regulating the market and an important measure to further promote the reform of "decentralization,regulation and service".
