Research On The Reform Of Socialist Open Economic System With Chinese Characteristics

Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee,China has actively sought to open to the outside world,and its economic development has made great achievements that have attracted worldwide attention.At the same time,the international economic situation is complicated and changeable,which brings more uncertainties to China’s development.The reform of socialist open economic system with Chinese characteristics aims at integrating into the world historical development trend and realizing self-development in international economic cooperation.From the perspective of Marx’s theory of world history,this study focuses on exploring the historical inevitability of the reform of the socialist open economic system with Chinese characteristics,analyzing its existing problems and focusing on the reform approach.Marx pointed out that the world history has begun to take shape,that the development of productive forces and the general expansion of contacts are the fundamental driving forces for the formation of world history,that capital is the direct driving force for the formation of world history,and that communism is the final destination of the development of world history.This enlightens our country to optimize the allocation of resources and give full play to comparative advantages to liberate and develop productive forces,and reveals the necessity of socialist open economic system reform with Chinese characteristics.At present,the deepening of international division of labor and the close economic ties among countries all over the world determine that the reform of socialist open economic system with Chinese characteristics is inevitable.China’s economic opening has a profound historical origin.On the basis of summing up historical experience,China’s foreign economy has achieved fruitful reform results,which shows that the reform of socialist open economic system with Chinese characteristics is a scientific measure to realize China’s economic development.Combining with the requirements of the world historical development trend for China’s economic development,this study sorts out four main problems in China at present,namely,insufficient internal opening imbalance,core technology being controlled by others,the ability to resist risks to be improved,and the lack of international discourse power,and puts forward four reform approaches,namely,deepening all-round opening up,innovation leading high-level economic opening up,strengthening independent anti-risk ability of economic development,and actively promoting new economic globalization.The reform of the socialist open economic system with Chinese characteristics not only helps to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,but also promotes the global economic recovery and the process of world history,which has a world historical significance that cannot be ignored.In the new period,China should deepen the reform of the socialist open economic system with Chinese characteristics,integrate into the world history at a deeper level,and lead the world history to a new communist society!...
