Currently,the aging trend of China’s population continues to intensify,the number of old people living alone and empty-nester are increasing,so that the elderly care problem has become the central issue of all of society.Influenced by traditional ideas and the lack of pension resources,the vast majority of the elderly choose home care.Therefore,it is of social significance and application value to design and develop a community-based monitoring system for the elderly at home.In order to solve the problems of single application function and low integration of home care monitoring system,this paper studied and designed a community home care monitoring system based on NB-IoT.The system uses the Internet of Things technology,embedded technology,sensor technology,wireless communication technology and Internet technology to build an integrated service platform to realize the collection,data transmission and processing of the elderly living environment,physiological parameters,sports status and other scenarios of information.Through the system,community managers and family members can monitor all parameters in real time and remotely,especially when the elderly accidentally fall,indoor smoke and abnormal carbon monoxide concentration,etc.,they can timely and effectively implement help and treatment.The thesis mainly studies as follows:(1)Acquisition system design of the old man living environment,the terminal node real-time collection and the old man living environment temperature,humidity,smoke concentration,the concentration of carbon monoxide,and other environmental information,and according to the setting threshold,the implementation of smoke concentration and gas chroma of abnormal reminding,and through the low power wireless communication module of NB-IoT to complete real-time data remote transmission,To ensure the safety and comfort of the elderly living environment.(2)Design a health monitoring and collection system for the elderly.The collection terminal can collect the information of the elderly’s heart rate,blood oxygen,body temperature,posture and position through temperature sensor,heart rate and blood oxygen sensor,MPU6050 six-axis acceleration sensor and GPS positioning module.Taking human angular velocity,Angle and acceleration as characteristic parameters,the multi-parameter fall detection algorithm was used to realize the discrimination of human fall behavior,and the collected information was transmitted to the monitoring platform by NB-IoT wireless communication technology.(3)Develop the real-time monitoring service platform on the Web and Android mobile client to realize the remote monitoring of the living environment information,physiological parameters and exercise status of the elderly.On this basis,through the establishment of My SQL database to achieve real-time data storage and historical data query.
