After the concept of job burnout was first introduced in the United States in the 1970 s,the phenomenon of burnout has emerged in various industries with the development of economy and society,and has attracted the attention of researchers,practitioners and the public in all regions of the world.L District Tax Bureau of T City is a county-level tax bureau of the tax department.As a grass-roots civil servant,the civil servants of this bureau have provided guarantee for the normal development of taxation work,the steady development of taxation undertakings and the effective operation of the regional economy in the various reforms involving taxation over the years.However,with the gradual acceleration of the reform process,the grass-roots civil servants of tax Bureau in L District of T City have more and more heavy workload and work pressure,and many civil servants are experiencing different degrees of job burnout.If this goes on for a long time,it will affect the daily law enforcement level and service level,and even harm individual physical and mental health.Therefore,it is urgent to study the job burnout of grass-roots civil servants in L District tax Bureau of T City.Based on the research on job burnout at home and abroad,this paper takes the grass-roots civil servants of tax Bureau in L District of T City as the research object,and conducts a research on the job burnout problem of grass-roots civil servants in this Bureau.First of all,the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,as well as the research method,research content and innovation of this paper are explained.Secondly,the relevant concepts and theories involved in this paper are defined and introduced.Then,questionnaire and interview methods are used to investigate and analyse the current situation of job burnout among grass-roots civil servants in Tax Bureau of L district,T City.Next,based on the theory of job matching and two-factor theory,the causes of job burnout among grass-roots civil servants in L District Tax Bureau of T City are analyzed from the perspectives of individual,organization and work.Finally,according to the causes analysis and combined with the actual work,reasonable,feasible and targeted countermeasures are proposed to alleviate the job burnout of grass-roots civil servants in L District tax Bureau of T City from the three levels of individuals,organizations and work. |
