Research On The Optimization Path Of Local Government Network Political Platform

In the era of Internet plus,Internet participation in government governance is being integrated into everyday life of citizens.As an innovative model of citizens’ participation in politics,network politics has developed into a new channel of government people interaction in China,and gradually developed into a unique new type of democratic politics in China.With the development of China’s democratic politics,the innovation of the government’s ruling concept and the building of a service-oriented government,network politics has also ushered in a great leap forward development.Governments at all levels keep pace with the times and have successively established a network politics platform.In order to give full play to the role of network political platform,review the development process of network political platform with Chinese characteristics,find the problems existing in the construction of network political platform by governments at all levels,analyze the causes of the problems,and put forward corresponding countermeasures,which has become an important topic for the optimization of the construction path of network political platform.Based on the research of the construction of government network platform under the background of "Internet plus",this paper selects the provincial network of J Province as the breakthrough point,and systematically analyzes and summarizes the data collected,problems encountered and accumulated experience in the practice of promoting the participation of citizens in network participation in the J provincial people’s livelihood platform.Comprehensively sort out the development context of platform construction,deeply explore the various problems existing in platform construction,and analyze the reasons from four aspects: top-level design,technology application,operation and maintenance and infrastructure construction.Combined with the current construction practice of network political platforms at all levels in China,from the perspective of promoting the benign interaction between government network governance and citizen network participation,this paper puts forward to strengthen the top-level design of the platform and build a standardized system and mechanism in order to improve the network political platform,especially the construction of the network political platform;Upgrade the digital enabling platform and make every effort to break through the information barrier;Improve the platform operation system and improve the government service level;Promote the construction of information infrastructure and strive to expand the audience;Focus on multi-party collaborative governance,strengthen information security and other five aspects,multi angle response strategies and improvement measures,and boost the development of citizens’ network participation in government governance with the continuous optimization and improvement of the network political platform.
